Position SummaryIn this position as Visitation Monitor, you will provide professional supervision of parent-child visitation and exchanges, creating safe, neutral environments where families can maintain important relationships while protecting child safety and well-being.
You'll observe and document interactions between parents and children with objectivity and attention to detail, ensuring adherence to court orders and center guidelines while maintaining a calm, supportive presence during emotionally charged situations. Conduct child orientations to prepare young people for visits, complete thorough observation notes that may be used in legal proceedings, provide general case management support, and ensure all parties follow established safety protocols.
