Greet clients and provide attentive, friendly service to create a welcoming environment.;
Check clients into the waiting queue, manage lobby traffic with a tablet, and schedule/cancel meetings as needed.;
Open new accounts and provide account servicing and maintenance while ensuring compliance with policies and regulatory requirements.;
Educate clients on day-to-day banking transactions and digital self-service options (Chase Mobile App, , ATMs).;
Build meaningful client relationships through active listening, empathy, and collaboration with branch team members to achieve financial goals.
