As a Coordinator, you’ll help create an exceptional living experience by planning engaging events, building meaningful relationships, and fostering a welcoming community where residents feel known, valued, and connected.

Events and Ministry Coordinators partner with Apartment Life to create thriving apartment communities through genuine hospitality, engaging events, and intentional relationships. This role is an opportunity to demonstrate God’s unconditional love through everyday interactions while helping residents feel at home.

• Plan and host engaging community events.
• Build authentic relationships with residents and apartment staff.
• Welcome new residents and foster a sense of belonging.
• Provide encouragement, care, and practical support to community members.
• Create a positive and hospitable atmosphere throughout the community.
• Represent Apartment Life with professionalism, integrity, and excellence.
