The Senior Compliance Specialist serves as a Team Lead in the Compliance unit. This position is responsible for mentoring and coaching other Specialists and managing escalated cases that need intensive fact finding when there is a suspicion of fraudulent activity. In addition, other responsibilities will include working with local Workforce Boards and the Texas Workforce Commission to report locally and at the state level when fraudulent intent has been discovered.
Will be responsible for calculating the cost of services that the individual will owe if deemed ineligible and will manage the collection process. Will conduct customer interviews onsite and off. Will report to the Process Improvement Manager with some demand for independent judgment.

SUMMARY/PURPOSE OF POSITIONThe Senior Compliance Specialist serves as a Team Lead in the Compliance unit. This position is responsible for mentoring and coaching other Specialists and managing escalated cases that need intensive fact finding when there is a suspicion of fraudulent activity. Performs fact-finding on customer and child care provider related reports and within the required timeframe as defined by the Texas Workforce Commission. Works alongside Workforce Solutions and the Texas Workforce Commission during all investigations. Will determine the cost of services while ineligible and begins the collections process. Sets up and monitors Repayment Schedules and manages Warrant Hold List placements and balances.
Reports findings to CCA Management, Workforce Solutions and the Texas Workforce Commission using an automated database.
Responsible for mentoring and coaching existing Specialists who monitor casework. Will process cases that have been identified as potential fraud and needs more intensive work. Will be serve as the back up for case reading when necessary and assist with TWC exception reports. Will work closely…
