• $150,000 base salary + incentives
  Realistic total compensation of $300,000+

• No call. Ever. Outpatient-only practice

• 8:1 staff-to-physician ratio — exceptional clinical and administrative support

• Flexible schedule (3 13-hour shifts per week)

• Board Certified or Board Eligible as a PMHNP

• Active state medical license or willingness to obtain

• Unencumbered DEA license

• Clean background

• U.S. Citizen or Green Card holder
