- Implement and maintain business workflows using Camunda 8 BPMN models
- Develop and deploy external job workers to integrate with backend services
- Translate business process requirements into clear workflow stories
- Collaborate closely with API developers to ensure workflow-service alignment
- Handle message correlation, signal events, and parallel execution logic
- Review and validate workflow definitions for correctness and performance
- Guide developers on BPMN constructs and modeling practices
- 7–10 years of enterprise backend development experience
- Min. 2+ years working with Camunda 8 with exposure to Zeebe
- Comfortable with BPMN 2.0 concepts: service tasks, gateways, events, subprocesses
- Hands‑on experience building job workers in C# (preferred)
- Understanding of message brokers like Azure Service Bus (preferred) or others
- Comfortable working with REST APIs and integrating workflow with microservices
