Software Developer – Java, Python

Must have

• Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience (4 years) above the minimum qualification
• At least 5 years of professional software development experience
• Strong experience in Biztalk development
• Proven understanding and application of object-oriented design principles
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively as part of a team and deliver high-quality solutions on time
• Involvement in all phases of the product development lifecycle
• Solid expertise in C# and .NET technologies
• Familiarity with XML/XSLT
• Proficient in SQLServer 2000/2005/2008, SQL, and T-SQL
• Experience using Visual Studio 2003/2005/2008
• Background in developing Windows Forms and Windows Services solutions
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Knowledge of MSF Agile or CMMI processes
• Understanding of healthcare standards and regulatory requirements

• Design, implement, and test new applications, upgrades, enhancements, and database layouts while performing maintenance to ensure system compatibility
• Ensure proper integration of new applications or projects into the existing technical environment
• Train and support the development of team members, promoting cross-training to enhance technical expertise
• Establish technical standards and guidelines for effective programming practices
• Ensure that user manuals are consistently updated
• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of current technology trends
• Create and maintain technical documentation for development and support activities
• Collaborate with customers and Business Analysts to develop software requirements, architecture, testing plans, and release documentation
• Innovate, experiment, and present architectural strategies for software applications
• Ensure architectural integrity and coherence across the entire product
