FullStack Developer

Strong understanding ofcomponent-driven architecture,state management(Redux, Zustand, Recoil, or similar), andReact performance optimization.

Experience designing or refactoringlarge-scale, modular front-end systems.

Hands-on experience withreal-time client-server communication(Web Sockets, Graph

QL subscriptions, etc.).

Proven ability toevaluate, select, and integrate new libraries and toolseffectively.

Strong grasp ofType Script ,REST/Graph

QL APIs,Webpack/Vite, andfrontend CI/CD pipelines.

Excellent communication skills and the ability tocollaborate and mentorteam members.

A track record ofarchitectural ownershipin at least one large React-based project.

Experience with micro-frontend architectureormodular monorepos(e.g., Nx, Turborepo).

Knowledge ofNext.jsandSSR/SSGstrategies.

Familiarity withtesting frameworks(Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress).

Exposure toDev Ops for front-end apps, such as build pipelines or automated deployments.

Architect and refactorexisting front-end systems to improve scalability, modularity, and maintainability.

Design and document component architecture, state management strategy, and client-server communication flows.

Lead technical decision-making, including evaluation and selection of new libraries, tools, and frameworks.

Mentor and guidefront-end engineers, providing technical direction and best practices.

Collaborate closelywith backend, design, and product teams to deliver seamless, performant, and elegant user experiences.

Ensure performance, security, and accessibilitystandards are met across all client applications.

Drive modernization efforts, including migration to newer technologies and patterns as appropriate.
