Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Backend Python Developer with Golang to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in backend development using Python/Golang, with a strong understanding of microservices architecture, APIs, and database management. You will work on designing, developing, and optimizing backend services for scalable and high-performance applications.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services using Python/Golang.
• Implement and maintain RESTful and gRPC APIs.
• Optimize application performance, ensuring high availability and scalability.
• Collaborate with frontend developers, Dev Ops engineers, and product teams.
• Develop and maintain database schemas, queries, and optimization strategies (Postgre
  
  SQL, MySQL, No
  
  SQL).
• Implement security best practices in backend development.
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code with proper documentation.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and improve existing applications.
• Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and architectural decisions.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 7+ years of experience in backend development with Python/Golang.
• Strong experience with microservices architecture and RESTful/gRPC API development.
• Hands-on experience with Postgre
  
  SQL, MySQL, or No
  
  SQL databases (Mongo
  
  DB, Dynamo
  
  DB, etc.).
• Experience working with Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud services (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
• Knowledge of message queues (Kafka, Rabbit
  
  MQ, NATS) is a plus.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and Dev Ops practices.
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a collaborative team environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with asynchronous programming in Python (Async
  
  IO, Celery, etc.).
• Familiarity with GraphQL.
• Hands-on experience with monitoring and logging tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack, etc.).
• Understanding of authentication & authorization (OAuth2, JWT, OpenID Connect).
• Contributions to open-source projects or personal projects showcasing relevant skills.
