Java Developer

We are seeking a highly skilled Java Developer with expertise in Kafka, Spring Boot, Microservices, and REST APIs.

The ideal candidate will have experience designing and implementing scalable, low-latency backend services and integrating with cloud technologies.

This role involves leading engineering efforts, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and contributing to innovative solutions that support business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement backend services using Java, Kafka, Spring Boot, and Microservices architecture.
• Lead the discovery and design phases of medium to large-scale projects.
• Drive execution of multiple business plans and ensure alignment with strategic goals.
• Guide a small team of engineers (3–4) on assigned projects.
• Design and implement low-latency, scalable services and data ingestion pipelines.
• Troubleshoot production issues and ensure system reliability.
• Promote and support company policies, values, and standards of ethics and integrity.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end service implementations.

• Strong hands-on experience with Java, Kafka, Spring Boot, Microservices, and REST API development.
• Experience with Redis, Azure SQL, and cloud platforms.
• Functional understanding of AI platforms and their integration with backend systems.
• Proven ability to lead engineering projects and mentor team members.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.

• Experience with containerization and orchestration tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and Dev Ops practices.
• Exposure to event-driven architectures and real-time data processing.
