About the Role

• Lead, coordinate, and mentor offshore development teams to ensure high‑quality output.
• Collaborate with onshore business and technical stakeholders to translate requirements into solutions.
• Develop, enhance, and maintain enterprise Java applications with strong backend and UI components.
• Review code, enforce best practices, and ensure consistency across distributed teams.
• Support system design, architecture discussions, and technology decisions.
• Troubleshoot issues and provide production support as needed.
• Contribute to Agile ceremonies and promote CI/CD and Dev Ops practices.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
• 3+ years of hands‑on Java development experience in enterprise environments.
• 2+ years with React
  
  JS or a comparable UI framework.
• 2+ years with Spring Boot and Hibernate.
• 3+ years working with Servlet, JSP, MVC, and Security frameworks.
• Proficiency in JavaScript and jQuery (3+ years).
• REST and SOAP web services.
• JDBC, SQL, stored procedures, and JPA.
• XML, XSD, XSLT.
• Unit testing (JUnit, Mockito, JMockit, etc.).
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins or similar).
• Source control experience with Git, TFS, or similar tools.
• Strong track record coordinating and collaborating with offshore teams.

• Experience with Backbone.js.
• Exposure to Splunk for log analysis.
• Familiarity with caching tools (Redis, Memcached).
• Knowledge of web accessibility standards.
• Hands‑on SCSS experience (6+ months).
• Understanding of microservices architecture.
