Overview
Job Title: Software Engineer – Full Stack development
Experience: 3 – 12 years
We are seeking a talented Software Engineer (Full Stack) to join our technology team supporting digital platforms in the hospitality and hotel domain. The ideal candidate will design, develop, and maintain scalable applications that power hotel operations, guest experiences, reservations, and related services.
You will work closely with product managers, architects, and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions using modern web technologies.
Responsibilities- Design, develop, and maintain full-stack web applications using Type Script, Node.js, React, and PostgreSQL
- Build scalable APIs and backend services to support hotel/resort operations and guest-facing systems
- Develop responsive and user-friendly front-end interfaces
- Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and security
- Collaborate with QA and Dev Ops teams for testing and deployment
- Participate in code reviews and follow best practices for clean, maintainable code
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues
- Contribute to system design and architecture discussions
Skills & Qualifications
- Hands-on experience with Node.js backend development
- Proficiency in React.js and modern front-end development
- Solid experience with PostgreSQL (queries, optimization, schema design)
- Experience building and consuming RESTful APIs
- Familiarity with version control tools like Git
- Understanding of microservices architecture is a plus
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and cloud environments is desirable
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Experience in hospitality, hotel, casino, or resort systems
- Exposure to systems like PMS (Property Management Systems), booking engines, POS, loyalty programs, or guest services platforms
- Understanding of customer experience and high-availability systems
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Experience with Docker/Kubernetes
- Exposure to AWS/Azure/GCP
- Knowledge of GraphQL
- Experience with real-time systems or event-driven architecture
