Lead .NET Developer

Role Summary

We are seeking a visionary Lead .NET Developer / Architect with deep Azure expertise and a strategic understanding of the Mule Soft Anypoint Platform
. In this leadership role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end architectural design of cloud-native applications, ensuring seamless enterprise-grade data orchestration using Mule Soft integration patterns. You will lead a team of engineers, driving technical excellence, establishing best practices, and bridging the gap between custom .NET development and complex middleware ecosystems.

• Technical Leadership: Define the architectural roadmap for backend services using C# and .NET Core/8+, ensuring scalability, security, and maintainability.
• Azure Strategy: Oversee the design and deployment of global-scale applications using Azure App Services
  , Azure Functions
  , Azure SQL
  , and Cosmos DB
  .
• Integration Governance: Lead the integration strategy between .NET microservices and Mule Soft APIs
  . Architect data transformation logic and ensure robust connectivity between enterprise systems.
• API Excellence: Define standards for Azure API Management (APIM) and Mule Soft API Manager
  , focusing on security, versioning, and developer experience.
• Mentorship & Review: Conduct high-level code and design reviews. Mentor junior and mid-level developers in both .NET best practices and integration logic.
• Dev Ops & Automation: Architect advanced CI/CD pipelines in Azure Dev Ops
  , incorporating automated testing, security scanning, and blue-green deployment strategies.
• Problem Resolution: Act as the final point of escalation for complex technical issues spanning the full stack, from low-level .NET performance tuning to Mule Soft orchestration bottlenecks.

• Primary: Expert-level C#, ASP.NET Core, Entity Framework, and Microservices Architecture.
• Cloud Infrastructure: Deep experience with Azure (Functions, Logic Apps, Service Bus, Event Grid, Key Vault).
• Integration Middleware: Strong knowledge of Mule Soft Anypoint Platform (Anypoint Studio, Data Weave 2.0, RAML/OAS).
• Data & Storage: MS SQL Server (Performance tuning, partitioning) and No
  
  SQL experience.
• Tools & Mastery: Git, Azure Dev Ops, Postman, Anypoint Studio, Docker/Kubernetes.

• Extensive experience with API-led connectivity (System, Process, and Experience layers).
• Mule Soft Certified Developer or Architect credentials.
• Proven experience leading Agile/Scrum teams and managing stakeholder expectations.
• Deep understanding of Cloud Design Patterns (Circuit Breaker, CQRS, Event Sourcing).
