This role can be remote. You will be responsible for designing and developing web applications, ensuring seamless integration between the front-end and back-end. Daily tasks may include building and testing scalable features, troubleshooting code, optimizing application performance, and collaborating with a cross‑functional team of designers, developers, and stakeholders to ensure a user‑friendly product that aligns with the company’s goals and values.
CurrentStack / Setup
- Ruby admin portal
- API‑driven architecture for front & back
- Heroku hosting
- Working with a small team.
- Experience in Back‑End Web Development, encompassing server‑side programming and database management.
- Strong skills in Full‑Stack Development and building end‑to‑end solutions.
- Expertise in Software Development, including designing, developing, and maintaining software solutions.
- Familiarity with cross‑functional collaboration and agile development methodologies.
- Experience in mobile app development and passion for sports or athlete‑centered technologies is a plus.
- Comfortable working in a startup environment.
- Agile and forward thinking.
- Experience managing a small team of developers.
- AWS infra knowledge
- Node/React
- Success at scaling infrastructure for rapid growth
