We are seeking a Senior Software Engineer to help enable and scale Generative AI (GenAI) capabilities across an enterprise development community. This role is ideal for an experienced engineer who thrives at the intersection of modern software engineering, GenAI tooling, and large-scale enterprise platforms.
About the Role:You will collaborate with engineering teams, architects, and stakeholders to identify, evaluate, and product ionize GenAI tools that enhance developer productivity and innovation. You will explore emerging AI technologies such as AI Agents and MCP Servers, build internal platforms and tools, and apply modern engineering practices to deliver secure, scalable solutions.
Key Responsibilities- Enable GenAI capabilities for enterprise software development teams
- Identify, evaluate, and product ionize GenAI tools and platforms
- Explore and integrate AI technologies, including AI Agents and MCP Servers
- Design, build, and support internal tools and applications
- Consult on complex, large-scale software engineering initiatives
- Contribute to architectural decisions and long-term platform strategy
- Implement modern engineering practices, including automated testing and release strategies
- Collaborate strategically with cross-functional teams.
- 10+ years of software development and architecture experience
- 5+ years of hands‑on software engineering experience
- 2+ years of experience using GenAI development tools such as Git Hub Copilot / Coding Agent, Claude, Gemini Code Assist, or Devin
- Experience building and supporting enterprise‑scale systems
- Experience with AI Agent or MCP Server development
- Experience with Type Script
- Background in internal developer platforms or tooling
- Work on high‑impact enterprise GenAI initiatives
- Influence how development teams adopt AI at scale
- Solve complex engineering and architectural challenges
