- Analyze existing software to identify areas of improvement and provide estimates for implementing new features.
- Follow standard software development guidelines and best practices.
- Create and maintain test plans, documentation and automated tests for all technical changes.
- Grow your technical skillset by seeking out cross‑training and knowledge advancement opportunities.
- Participate in user story refinement, technical design, code reviews and the team's Agile process.
- Participate in continuous improvement efforts.
- Energetic, self‑directed and self‑motivated, able to build and sustain long‑term relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Open‑minded when approaching problem solving within the context of a team.
- Analytical, with an ability to apply knowledge and experience in decision‑making to arrive at well‑engineered solutions.

- Degree in computer science or engineering, or equivalent industry experience.
- 3+ years (Associate) of experience with Java or other related Object‑Oriented development language.
- Experience with microservices architecture and API development.
- Experience working with relational and No
SQL databases. - Ability to establish trusted partnerships with cross‑functional team members and product owners.
- Source Control Management systems (i.e., SVN, Git).
- An understanding of common application architecture design patterns.
- Experience working in an Agile environment.
