Salesforce Tech Lead

Job Description

• Hands on complex coding on APEX, LWC and integration is mandatory
• Sales, service and Salesforce technical certifications mandatory
• Hands on in Salesforce org merge, Lightning migration, integration and data quality/migration design
• Experience designing and developing software components with a strong Service-Oriented Architecture and integration background
• integration experience, including between different business systems and use of integration tools
• Proficiency in programming using Salesforce SFDC, , Java, JavaScript, and XML for CRM development
• Strong experience with configuration, customization, programming with APEX APIs, APEX Triggers, and implementation of new  instances from scratch
• Strong practical deployment knowledge of Visual Force, Flex, Salesforce configurations, Apex classes, APEX Web services, API, App Exchange deployment, and  s‑controls
• Ability to define the system landscape, identify gaps between current and desired end‑states, and deliver a CRM solution
• Experience with workflow alerts and actions, and approval workflow
• Programming experience with J2EE, HTML, XML, SQL, Oracle
• Strong knowledge in data migration and integration
• Similar consulting firm work experience will be preferred

• Play technical leadership role in custom build with heavy integration experience
• Create complex LWC components
• Execute quick POC
• Hands‑on custom component building on the existing Salesforce implementation
• Coordinate with business and IT stakeholders
• Onsite‑offshore coordination and help with technical design and delivery
• Report regular progress on projects

• Bachelor of Computer Science (or equivalent)

Salary Range: $120,000–$130,000 a year
