The opportunity

As an FSO Technology Senior Analyst, you’ll be based in our Service Delivery Center, which is made up of high-performing US-based colleagues who work closely with our experienced advisory professionals. You will work as part of a project team and will be responsible for the design, build/configuration, testing, analysis, delivery and support of Technology solutions. The role is fast‑paced and ever‑changing, requiring a flexible self‑starter who can manage changing priorities and learn new rapidly changing technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities

The goal is to support our clients to transform business problems through engineering solutions. You will assist engagement teams through the analysis of specific business requirements, design, develop, integrate, test, and deploy distributed software applications. You will deliver high‑quality systems with a focus on reliability and excellent customer experience. You will demonstrate in‑depth technical capabilities and professional knowledge.

Skills and attributes for success
  • Prior fullstack software product development experience with a preferred understanding of Dev Ops and its supporting services and tools
  • Deliver engineering solutions through all phases of the project lifecycle, including requirements definition, engineering design, development, integration, and testing, based on a proven agile methodology.
  • Demonstrate hands‑on technical capabilities in multiple programming languages.
  • Effectively work with client engagement teams with diverse skills and backgrounds fostering an innovative and inclusive work environment.
  • Demonstrate understanding of current technology environment and industry trends and provide recommendations for engagement and client service issues.
  • Willingness and ability to travel up to 50% of the time.
To qualify for the role you must have
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or other related field
  • A minimum of 3 years’ experience in technology software development
  • Back‑end experience using modern technologies like Java, Python, Node.js, REST, No

    SQL, Microservices, Serverless, and Cloud technologies like AWS or Azure
  • Front‑end development with modern frameworks and practices like React, Angular, or Responsive web design
  • Experience in designing, building and consuming RESTful APIs
  • Hands‑on experience building applications/platforms with cloud native / microservices architecture, including IaaS, PaaS, and container deployment
  • Experience with modern collaborative development tools (e.g., Git, CI/CD pipelines)
  • Experience working with testing frameworks and tools for unit and integration testing and knowledge of TDD or BDD software development techniques
  • Comfortable working in an Agile and TDD environment
Ideally, you’ll also have
  • Experience with the following technologies
    • Akka/Scala
    • Kafka/RabbitMQ
    • Elastic Search
    • Hadoop/Spark/Flume
    • Mongo/Cassandra/Any No

      SQL DB
