The role is for a front‑end developer who is passionate about user experience and has a proven track record delivering elegant, intuitive web‑based UIs for enterprise applications. You will coach and guide junior teammates, help evolve and maintain our product using React and Type Script, and contribute to an agile product team focused on optimizing the gas station supply chain with AI and superior UX.

• 6+ years of front‑end development experience, primarily with React or similar frameworks.
• Proficient with advanced Type Script concepts and comfortable contributing to a Type Script codebase.
• Experience with React Native, Expo, and cross‑platform native development.
• Strong knowledge of state management, component reuse, and performance optimization in the React ecosystem.
• Solid experience with REST APIs and managing server state in React, particularly with React Query.
• Experience organizing and managing a reusable component library across codebases.
• Comfortable managing pull requests, providing constructive code reviews, and handling Git versioning.

• UI component libraries such as Ant Design or Material‑UI.
• Internationalization (i18n) of front‑end applications.
• LLM/agentic coding tools like Claude Code or Git Hub Copilot.
• AG Grid.
• @tanstack/react‑query.
• Backend stack experience (Python, Mongo

• Operate within small, cross‑functional pods to drive day‑to‑day feature development.
• Partner asynchronously with product owners and designers to rapidly iterate on requirements and acceptance criteria.
• Drive forward our Type Script initiative toward 100% type coverage.
• Develop and maintain a React Native (Expo) in‑cab application used daily by our customers’ drivers.
• Curate and maintain Storybook documentation for our shared component library.
• Create extensible and reusable components that provide significant value across all products.
• Assist in solutioning and architecting large front‑end stories for other developers.
• Challenge the status quo to improve front‑end applications, tools, technologies, and approaches.
• Invest in and grow the front‑end and software knowledge base, including technical documentation, setup guides, and best‑practice rules.
