Location: Dallas, TX - Hybrid Onsite 3-4 days/week (by Victory Park)

We are seeking an early‑career AI Engineer to join a growing engineering organization focused on building scalable cloud applications, intelligent automation capabilities, and next‑generation enterprise platforms. This role is ideal for software engineers who have strong coding fundamentals, cloud exposure, and an interest in modern AI technologies, distributed systems, and backend engineering. The environment is highly collaborative and engineering‑driven, with opportunities to work across cloud infrastructure, platform tooling, backend services, and AI‑enabled application development.

The team is open to candidates from a variety of technical backgrounds and will provide training on internal platforms, tooling, and AI ecosystems. Success in this role comes from strong problem‑solving ability, software engineering fundamentals, curiosity, and experience operating within high‑performing technical environments.

• Design and develop backend services, APIs, and cloud‑native applications supporting enterprise initiatives
• Build scalable integrations, automation capabilities, and distributed system components across cloud environments
• Contribute to platform engineering efforts including CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure tooling, observability, and deployment automation
• Collaborate with engineering teams on application performance, scalability, reliability, and developer experience improvements
• Participate in system architecture, technical design discussions, and implementation planning across cloud and AI initiatives
• Support the integration of AI‑enabled capabilities, intelligent workflows, and data‑driven features into enterprise applications
• Work closely with senior engineers and technical leadership to learn and contribute within a fast‑paced engineering environment

• 1‑3 years of experience in software engineering, backend development, cloud engineering, or platform engineering
• Strong programming fundamentals in at least one modern language such as Python, Java, Go, Type Script, C#, or similar
• Hands‑on exposure to at least one major cloud platform including AWS, Azure, or GCP
• Familiarity with cloud‑native technologies and engineering concepts including APIs, Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, infrastructure automation, or distributed systems
• Internship, co‑op, or professional engineering experience within a large‑scale technology‑driven organization such as Amazon, Google, Microsoft, Apple, Meta, Tesla, Oracle, or similar enterprise environments
• Undergraduate STEM degree completed within the United States

• Exposure to modern AI or LLM concepts including:
  • Retrieval‑Augmented Generation (RAG)
  • Embeddings and vector search
  • Prompt engineering
  • AI agents and workflow orchestration
• Familiarity with frameworks or tools such as Lang Chain, Lang Graph, OpenAI APIs, or similar technologies
• Understanding of machine learning or data science fundamentals
• Exposure to backend architecture, distributed systems, or platform engineering best practices
• Interest in AI infrastructure, intelligent automation, and enterprise‑scale engineering systems
