Our client is seeking a dedicated and skilled Embedded Software Engineer to join their dynamic team. As an Embedded Software Engineer, you will be part of the engineering department supporting cutting‑edge projects. Job Title: Embedded Software Engineer
Location: Dallas, Texas
Pay Range: $45/hr- $50/hr
What's the Job?- Participate in the entire software development life cycle for embedded software operating on unmanned robotic vehicles.
- Develop features for embedded applications and diagnose reported defects.
- Engage in systems engineering to ensure seamless software integration.
- Support and maintain fielded systems, ensuring optimal performance.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to realize customer requirements related to vehicle control, actuators, and perception sensors.
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field;
Master’s preferred. - 3-5 years of professional experience designing and implementing embedded, real‑time software systems using C/C++.
- Familiarity with large multithreaded embedded applications on RTOS platforms.
- Knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems is advantageous.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
