Those in solution architecture at PwC will design and implement innovative technology solutions to meet clients' business needs. You will leverage your experience in analysing requirements and developing technical designs to enable the successful delivery of solutions.
As a senior manager, you will grow as a strategic advisor, influencing and guiding teams to achieve high quality results while coaching team members to solve complex problems.
- Lead the design and implementation of innovative solutions in application and solution architecture.
- Drive large‑scale projects while maintaining operational excellence.
- Collaborate with clients to achieve successful project outcomes.
- Utilise advanced technologies to enhance AI application development.
- Innovate processes to improve productivity and effectiveness.
- Guide teams through complex challenges and foster problem‑solving.
- Maintain standards of quality and performance in deliverables.
- Cultivate relationships with stakeholders to support project goals.
- Bachelor’s Degree.
- At least 7 years of experience in software development with at least 3 years in application architecture and solution architecture, leading developers in delivery of software products.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Computer Science preferred.
- Experience managing technology solutions across multiple domains.
- Leading rapid‑prototyping efforts with emerging technologies.
- Designing technical architectures for large‑scale platforms.
- Developing applications with proficiency in scripting languages.
- Knowledge in cloud architectures utilizing Azure, AWS, or GCP.
- Understanding of event‑driven and microservices architectures.
- Knowledge in Dev Ops practices and automation.
- Knowledge in Big Data, Analytics, and AI tools.
Up to 20%
Salary & BenefitsSalary range: $124,000 – $335,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual’s skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
