Seattle, San Francisco, Dallas, and Chicago. We are currently seeking a Senior Salesforce Developer with AWS integration experience to join our Salesforce Practice. This consultant will play a key role in architecting, developing, and integrating Salesforce solutions with AWS services to enable scalable, secure, and high‑performing systems for our clients.

• Translate business requirements into well-architected Salesforce solutions that integrate effectively with AWS platforms and services.
• Lead technical design sessions, designing and documenting end-to-end solutions aligned with client business objectives.
• Develop, test, and deploy custom Salesforce solutions, APIs, and AWS integrations.
• Provide estimates of the level of effort to implement a solution based on business requirements.
• Guide clients on when to use declarative versus programmatic solutions (configuration vs. code).
• Lead the technical delivery of Salesforce implementations, including:
  • Custom development and AWS integration work
  • Managing technical scope and client expectations
  • Providing expert-level technical guidance to developers
  • Designing and managing the execution of test plans to ensure quality deliverables
• Demonstrate technical thought leadership and contribute to practice-wide Salesforce and AWS integration best practices.
• Conduct code reviews to ensure high code quality and alignment with architectural standards.
• Stay current with Salesforce and AWS product releases, integration patterns, and emerging technologies.
• Coach and mentor junior team members.

• Minimum 4 years of Salesforce development experience (Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components).
• Hands‑on experience integrating Salesforce with AWS services (such as Lambda, S3, API Gateway, Dynamo
  
  DB, or SNS/SQS).
• Strong understanding of REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, and data synchronization patterns.
• Experience with Salesforce API development (REST/SOAP, Graph
  
  QL, etc.).
• Deep understanding of the Salesforce product suite including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and App Cloud.
• Knowledge of integration tools (Mule Soft, Informatica, Boomi, etc.) and ETL practices.
• Strong knowledge of object-oriented design, database architecture, and software development lifecycle best practices.
• Excellent problem-solving and client‑facing communication skills (written and verbal).
• Active Salesforce certifications or ability to achieve relevant certifications upon hire.

• Salesforce Platform Developer II, Admin, App Builder 1 & 2 certifications.
• Experience developing AWS Lambda functions or API Gateway endpoints for Salesforce integrations.
• Familiarity with Dev Ops tools (Git, Copado, Jenkins) and CI/CD pipelines.
• Consulting experience working across multiple client environments.
