Our Research & Development (R&D) team is the technical talent at the heart of our product suite, overseeing the product development lifecycle from concept to delivery. From engineering to quality assurance to data science, the R&D team ensures our customers seamlessly use our products and can depend on their consistency.
Description- Key Responsibilities
- Design and build AWS serverless components using Lambda, Step Functions, API Gateway
and related services. - Develop backend services and components using Python, Type Script, and SQL.
- Write and optimize SQL for data access and reporting workloads;
Snowflake experience is a
plus. - Implement AI-driven solutions to extract business logic from legacy code, generate new
report parameter screens and metadata, and perform logic validation. - Collaborate with the Lead Engineer and cross-functional teams on architecture and
roadmap execution. - Contribute to code quality, testing, performance tuning, logging, monitoring, and
observability. - Participate in design reviews and provide technical input to continuously improve the
platform. - Drive technical project strategy, lead large-scale ML infrastructure optimization, and oversee the design and implementation of state-of-the-art GenAI solutions.
- Leverage modern orchestration frameworks (Lang Chain, Lang Graph, MCP, semantic routers) to coordinate multi-step, tool-augmented workflows.
- Design and build AWS serverless components using Lambda, Step Functions, API Gateway
- Minimum of 5+ years of relevant and related work experience.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, or equivalent years of relevant work experience.
- Strong hands-on experience with AWS serverless technologies.
- Proficiency in Python and Type Script for backend development.
- Strong SQL foundation; comfort with complex transformations.
- Demonstrated AI engineering experience, such as LLM integration, embeddings, or AI
- driven code workflows. - Experience building distributed systems, data-intensive applications, or modernizing legacy
systems. - Strong problem-solving ability and willingness to dive deep into complex logic.
- Snowflake or modern cloud data warehouse experience.
- Familiarity with ETL/ELT frameworks.
- Experience with AI automation tools, code-gen frameworks, or metadata extraction
pipelines. - Strong communication and collaborative engineering habits.
- Some basic understanding and experience of Data Science Algorithms

A reasonable estimate of the base compensation range for this position is $79,700 - $136,800 USD. This compensation range is specific to the United States and it incorporates many factors including but not limited to an applicant's skills and prior relevant experience and training; licensures, degrees, and certifications; internal equity; internal pay ranges; and market data/range parameters.
