Title: AI Engineer – AI Solutions
Duration: Full Time
Location: Dallas, TX – Hybrid Onsite 3-4 days/week (by Victory Park)
Compensation: $75,000 - $140,000
Work Requirements: US Citizen, GC Holders or Authorized to Work in the U.S.

Overview
Hiring an AI Solutions Engineer to build and support enterprise AI applications and agentic workflows. This role is focused on hands-on implementation of AI systems using Lang Graph, Lang Chain, and modern LLM tooling in production environments.

Responsibilities

• Build AI workflows and agents using Lang Graph, Lang Chain, ADK, or similar frameworks

• Implement RAG pipelines including embeddings, retrieval, and prompt orchestration

• Build AI-enabled backend services and integrations using Python and FastAPI

• Support AI evaluation, monitoring, and workflow reliability

• Integrate AI solutions into enterprise systems and applications

Must-Haves

• 3+ years of software engineering experience with AI/LLM exposure

• Strong Python development skills

• Hands-on experience with Lang Graph, Lang Chain, ADK, CrewAI, or similar frameworks

• Understanding of:

• RAG systems
• embeddings
• vector search
• prompt engineering
• hybrid search

• Experience building or integrating AI workflows into real applications

Nice to Have

• Evaluation framework experience (Lang Smith, RAGAS, MLFlow, etc.)

• Azure or GCP experience

• Enterprise integration experience
