We’re looking for an Engineering Manager who can will lead an engineering team

We are looking for a candidate that has proven experience in coding, architecture leadership, and leading engineers in a fast-paced environment. This position is a mix of hands-on-keyboard development, process engineering, and management responsibilities with a strong emphasis on technical leadership. – someone who combines deep technical experience with great people management skills and can help elevate our teams and our approach to engineering.

Measure and evaluate features and system metrics to continuously improve user experience and service performance Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field, or equivalent work experience5+ years of professional development experience, and 2+ years of recent experience managing or leading an engineering team Experience working in agile development environment

Deep technical skills in one or more of the following areas:
JavaScript development, SQL development, MSSQL, Postgres, AWS, CI/CD, Mulesoft, Salesforce Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills Ability to thrive under pressure and function effectively in a fast-paced work environment Exhibit sound judgment and swift decision-making skills Ability to collaborate and build consensus with others

Experience working with distributed/scalable systems and high-volume transaction applications Love of technology; actively seeks continuing education of current and emerging technologies

This position will spend long hours sitting and using office equipment and computers. The position may also entail light lifting of supplies and materials occasionally, up to and including 20 pounds in addition to reaching, stooping, standing, and walking. This position requires the ability to talk, hear, compare, compute, compile, copy, analyze, coordinate, synthesize, negotiate and communicate.
