Talan is seeking a Frontend Developer to join our Digital Engineering team and help shape exceptional, client-facing digital experiences. If you're passionate about building high-quality, user-centric features and thrive in a collaborative environment, this is the perfect role for you!

What You’ll Do:

• Develop, test, and deploy innovative client-facing features in collaboration with product owners and stakeholders
• Build seamless, consumer-grade digital experiences with a focus on code quality, automation, and scalability
• Own the full software development lifecycle – from design and deployment to ongoing support
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including business and operations, to deliver top-tier solutions
• Drive continuous improvements in engineering practices to ensure cutting-edge, high-quality solutions
• Adapt quickly in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment while maintaining a focus on results

• Experience building modern UI products using React
• Proven ability to work across different teams and deliver complex products with multiple stakeholders
• BS. or higher in Computer Science (or equivalent work experience)

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Node.js, Webpack, MobX, Redux
• Experience with Microservice architectures and REST API
• Experience with SQL databases (Postgre
  
  SQL/Oracle) and No
  
  SQL (Dynamo/Mongo DB)
• Experience with Java
• Experience in Financial Services or Fintech
• Practical experience with containers is a plus
• Comfort with Agile operating models (practical experience of Scrum / Kanban)
