• Participate in requirements gathering with stakeholders across business units and assist in validating specifications to ensure alignment with business objectives and ERP capabilities
• Contribute to solution architecture design by assisting in customizing modules and features of ERP package, based on detailed business requirements
• Develop and integrate new features into existing applications, conduct code reviews and maintain the codebase for stability and compliance
• Participate in system integration efforts by configuring interfaces, executing ETL processes, and ensuring consistent data flow between ERP and other applications
• Assess ERP system performance to identify enhancement opportunities and to ensure that ERP customizations are in compliance with security measures and regulatory standards
• Develop comprehensive documentation for ERP customizations and deliver user training to facilitate effective knowledge transfer

• Knowledge of ERP systems and integration techniques, along with sector focus
• The ability to handle end to end ERP package customization and implementation
• A knack for translating complex requirements into actionable development tasks
• A passion for design and hands‑on coding experience
• A collaborative spirit and excellent communication skills with cross‑functional teams and client stakeholders

• Experience as hands‑on technical experience in Mule Soft Anypoint API Platform and/or RTF environment
• Experience in design/development/production support of RESTful APIs in Mule Soft v4.x and Platform support
• Hands‑on experience in Mule Soft Platform Admin activities
• Experience in Incident Resolution, handling Service Requests, Problem Management, Issue resolution, Troubleshooting, Root cause analysis, Bug fixing

Experience working in a global delivery model

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
