Lead/Sr. Salesforce Developer

Dallas, TX (Need only Local candidate)

Duration: 6 to 12+ Months Contract

Local to Dallas, TX and be in office. Strong proficiency in Apex, LWC, and Salesforce Flows. Proven experience with Salesforce Classic to Lightning migration projects. Experience with external system integration using APIs, Named Credentials, and Platform Events. Familiarity with Event‑Driven Architecture in Salesforce (Platform Events, CDC). Solid understanding of the Salesforce security model (profiles, roles, permission sets, sharing rules). Design and development experience on Salesforce solutions mainly in Service Cloud along with Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Experience Cloud and other Salesforce products.

Platform Developer I, Platform Developer II, Administrator, App Builder.

Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools such as Postman, Workbench, Data Loader, VS Code with SFDX. Knowledge of deployment processes and Dev Ops tools (Copado). Hands‑on complex coding on Apex, LWC, and integration required. Mandatory hands‑on experience with Salesforce org merge, Lightning migration, integration and data quality/migration design. Experience designing and developing software components with strong Service‑Oriented Architecture and integration background.

Integration experience with business systems. Proficiency in programming using Salesforce SFDC, , Java, JavaScript, XML, and their use in developing CRM solutions.

• Design, develop, and deploy scalable Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components, and Flow.
• Configure and optimize Salesforce platform using standard tools: objects, page layouts, record types, validation rules, reports, dashboards.
• Develop and manage complex Flows including screen flows, auto‑launched flows, and scheduled flows.
• Lead and implement Salesforce Classic to Lightning migration, converting Visualforce pages and logic to Lightning Web Components.
• Architect integration solutions with external systems via APIs, Named Credentials, Platform Events, CDC, and related tools.
