Full Stack Developer Lead

Westlake, TX (Hybrid Alternate week)

We are seeking a Full Stack Java Developer Lead to design and deliver scalable web applications in a cloud-based financial services environment. This role requires 10+ years hands-on expertise across front-end, back-end, cloud architecture, and testing to build high-quality, performant solutions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain full-stack web applications using Angular, Java, Spring Boot, and Node.js
• Design and implement scalable AWS cloud-native solutions using services such as ECS, Lambda, and S3
• Build and execute unit and end-to-end tests to ensure application reliability and performance
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deliver new features aligned to business goals
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize application performance using tools like Splunk and Honeycomb

Qualifications

• Strong experience with Angular, JavaScript/Type Script, and modern front-end development practices
• Proficiency in back-end development using Java, Spring Boot, and Node.js frameworks
• Hands-on experience with AWS services and cloud architecture best practices
• Experience with Oracle/DB2 databases, SQL development, and performance optimization
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, version control (Git Hub), and testing frameworks such as JUnit, Jasmine, or Playwright
• This is a hybrid role that requires working onsite at the Client office every other week (Monday-Friday).

Pay Range: $50-65/Hr.
