Key Job Responsibilities- Proactively identify opportunities to automate repetitive workflows, optimize back‑end processes and raise the bar on robust, scalable code‑writing practices.
- Create custom user experiences that streamline business processes and build a world‑class component library to empower administrators.
- Collaborate with software development teams to build seamless integrations.
- Provide technical leadership to a team of experienced Salesforce developers and administrators, ensuring all work produced meets high standards and defines Salesforce excellence.
- Maintain existing features/products, help design and implement new global initiatives, provide user support and drive quality improvement processes worldwide.
- Operate independently while partnering with Product Managers and key stakeholders for requirement gathering, solutions consulting and implementation of new feature‑sets.
- Leverage the platform and learn/support other technologies as needed.
- 7+ years of post‑internship, hands‑on engineering experience developing on Salesforce platform.
- 7+ years of experience with Lightning Web Components (LWC), APEX, and SOQL/SOSL.
- Experience integrating Salesforce with other systems using SOAP, REST, BULK and Streaming APIs.
- Experience building complex, scalable and high‑performance software systems successfully delivered to customers.
- Prior experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Account Engagement Clouds, Salesforce Communities/Experience Cloud, and Data Cloud.
- In‑depth understanding of the capabilities and constraints of the application architecture coupled with good knowledge of business processes (Sales, Marketing, Operations, etc.).
- Understanding of broader systems engineering concepts including data structures, data modeling, database schemas, event‑driven vs. message‑driven architecture, and API integration best practices.
- Experience with Git Version Control Systems and CI/CD workflows within Salesforce.
- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment.
- Demonstrated success in leading at least two full life‑cycle implementations.
