Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Engineer with extensive hands on expertise across modern technology stacks and a collaborative mindset. The ideal candidate will work closely with cross functional teams to introduce modern tools and frameworks and drive engineering excellence across the organization.

The candidate will design and develop high quality production grade code following best practices coding standards and architectural principles. This role also includes mentoring junior developers through code reviews and knowledge sharing to build a strong technical culture.

Skills:

• 10 plus years of hands on software development experience with deep expertise in modern Java full stack development
• Strong command of Java frameworks including Spring Spring Boot and Hibernate
• Experience building single page applications using ReactJS Bootstrap and Nodejs
• Hands on experience designing developing and deploying cloud based architectures on AWS Azure or similar platforms
• Expertise in developing applications using relational databases such as SQL Server PostgreSQL and No
  
  SQL databases such as MongoDB Elasticsearch
• Experience integrating Large Language Models into applications using APIs such as OpenAI Anthropic Claude Azure OpenAI AWS Bedrock
• Familiarity with prompt engineering Retrieval Augmented Generation embeddings and vector databases
• Understanding of responsible AI practices including data privacy hallucination mitigation evaluation and guardrails
• Hands on experience building production applications backend services automation tools or data pipelines in Python
• Knowledge of security frameworks such as OAuth 2.
