Senior UI​/UX Engineer

About the Role

We are building a massive internal low‑code platform—a drag‑and‑drop application builder that powers how our entire company operates. The role involves both strategic decisions and hands‑on engineering in a fast‑moving, evolving environment.

• Build and evolve a drag‑and‑drop app builder used across the company.
• Collaborate and shape frontend architecture decisions (React / Next.js).
• Implement highly interactive, state‑heavy UIs.
• Create component systems that non‑developers can configure and use.
• Balance performance, usability, and flexibility in a complex environment.
• Partner closely with product, design, and engineering teams.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience building highly interactive web applications.
• Strong performance mindset.
• Familiarity with modern frontend tooling.
• Deep experience with React/Next.js.
• Advanced state management skills.
• Type Script (strict mode) proficiency.
• Component architecture experience.
• Styling systems experience (MUI and Tailwind).
• Bonus: experience with low‑code/no‑code tools, JSON schema usage, drag‑and‑drop interface development.

• Comfortable in a messy, evolving environment.
• Ability to figure things out without a playbook.
• Strong eye for design and the ability to pivot when needed.
• Capable of thinking like both a developer and a designer.
• Doesn’t panic when priorities shift or structure evolves.
