Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Service Now FSM Senior Developer to design, develop, and optimize Field Service Management solutions on the Service Now platform. This role requires deep hands-on expertise in FSM modules, strong scripting skills, and the ability to collaborate with business stakeholders to deliver scalable, high-performance solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and enhance Service Now FSM solutions aligned with business requirements
Configure and customize FSM modules including:
Work Orders, Dispatch Console, Task Scheduling, Agent Workspace, Mobile Workforce
Develop and maintain server-side and client-side scripts (Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Policies, Client Scripts)
Build and customize Flows, Workflows, and Integration Hub spokes
Implement integrations using REST/SOAP APIs with third-party systems (ERP, CRM, asset systems, GIS, etc.)
