Software Development Manager

We are seeking a Software Development Manager to lead Application Engineering and AI Engineering teams within a growing, enterprise environment. This is a high-impact leadership role focused on building modern applications, driving delivery excellence, and managing distributed engineering teams.

This opportunity offers strong visibility and a clear path to grow into a Director-level role.

• Lead and develop onshore and offshore engineering teams (including India-based resources)
• Own the end-to-end software development lifecycle for enterprise applications
• Drive Agile delivery, Dev Ops practices, and engineering best practices
• Partner cross-functionally with Data, Cloud, BI, Security, and Infrastructure teams
• Establish roadmaps, manage priorities, and ensure on-time, high-quality delivery
• Support technology due diligence and post-acquisition integrations
• Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement

• 8+ years of software development experience
• 3+ years leading engineering teams
• Experience working with distributed/offshore teams
• Strong communication skills with the ability to bridge technical and business stakeholders
• Solid understanding of modern architectures (APIs, microservices, cloud platforms)
• Experience in Agile and Dev Ops environments

• Exposure to AI/ML or data-driven solutions
• Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP)
• Familiarity with CI/CD, containerization, or MLOps concepts
