This role is based in Dallas, TX with a flexible hybrid schedule (1–2 days onsite). The team develops high-performance Windows desktop applications used in real-world design and validation scenarios, with a strong emphasis on C++ and computational accuracy.

RequiredSkills & Experience
- Strong experience with C++ in a production environment
- Experience building or maintaining Windows desktop applications
- Familiarity with MFC (Microsoft Foundation Classes)
- Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and performance optimization
- Experience working in large or legacy codebases
- Background in mathematics or computational logic
- Prior experience in civil, structural, or engineering-related industries
