We are looking for an experienced Appian Developer with strong expertise in Appian BPM
, process automation, integrations, and the latest Appian AI capabilities

• 5–6+ years of hands‑on experience in Appian BPM development
• Appian Level 2 Certification is mandatory (Level 3 preferred)

• Strong experience designing and developing Appian BPM applications
• Hands‑on experience with Appian Designer, Analyst View, Smart Services, Tempo Interface, Reports, Pages, Deployment, Mobility Features, Forums, and Discussions
• Experience building enterprise applications and integrating Appian with external systems
• Strong understanding of BPM fundamentals, Appian architecture, and platform configuration
• Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into technical solutions
• Expertise in debugging process models, interfaces, and application issues
• Experience with Agile/Scrum delivery methodologies
• Ability to estimate, scope, and deliver Appian projects
• Experience leading or mentoring distributed development teams

• Design and implement BPM solutions leveraging Appian AI Skills and agentic capabilities
• Configure and deploy AI features including:
• Document & Text Classification
• Data Extraction
• Sentiment Analysis
• Build workflows combining AI‑driven automation with human approvals
• Experience with Agent Studio to configure, deploy, and manage AI agents

• Design, develop, and maintain Appian and web‑based applications
• Develop scalable business process management solutions
• Build and support integrations with enterprise applications
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver business solutions
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to development teams
• Troubleshoot and resolve application, interface, and process model issues
• Participate in solution architecture, estimation, and project planning
