The opportunity

As an FSO Technology Analyst, you’ll be based in our Service Delivery Center, which is made up of high-performing US‑based colleagues who work closely with our experienced advisory professionals. You will work as part of a project team and be responsible for the design, build/configuration, testing, analysis, delivery and support of Technology solutions. The role is fast‑paced and requires flexibility, prioritisation, and rapid learning of evolving technology solutions.

The goal is to support our clients to transform their business problems through engineering solutions. You will assist engagement teams through the analysis of specific business requirements, design, develop, integrate, test, and deploy distributed software applications. You will deliver high‑quality systems with a focus on reliability and an excellent customer experience, demonstrating in‑depth technical capabilities and professional knowledge.

• Prior full‑stack software product development experience with a preferred understanding of Dev Ops and its supporting services and tools
• Deliver engineering solutions through all phases of the project lifecycle, including requirements definition, engineering design, development, integration, and testing, based on a proven agile methodology
• Hands‑on technical capabilities in multiple programming languages
• Effective collaboration with client engagement teams, fostering inclusive and innovative work environments
• Demonstrated understanding of current technology environments and industry trends, providing recommendations for client service issues
• Willingness and ability to travel up to 50% of the time

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
• Minimum 1 year of experience in technology software development
• Back‑end experience using modern technologies such as Java, Python, Node.js, REST, No
  
  SQL, Microservices, Serverless, and Cloud platforms like AWS or Azure
• Front‑end development with modern frameworks and practices such as React, Angular, or responsive web design
• Experience designing, building and consuming RESTful APIs
• Hands‑on experience building applications or platforms with cloud native/Microservices architecture, including IaaS, PaaS, and container deployment
• Experience with collaborative development tools (e.g., Git, CI/CD pipelines)
• Experience with unit and integration testing frameworks and knowledge of TDD or BDD techniques
• Comfortable working in an Agile and TDD environment

• Experience with technologies such as Elastic Search, Hadoop/Spark/Flume

We offer a comprehensive compensation and benefits package. The base salary range for this role across all geographic locations in the U.S. is $55,400 to $113,000, with higher ranges for key markets (e.g., $66,600 to $128,500 in New York City Metro Area, Washington State, and California). Additional benefits include medical and dental coverage, pension and 401(k) plans, and a wide range of paid time off options.
