To support a growing analytics platform, the remote Backend Developer will build and scale a machine learning data live streaming system, lead greenfield projects, and design reliable backend services using Python and Rust.
Key responsibilities- Build and scale the ML data live streaming analytics platform using Python
- Lead and contribute to greenfield internal projects to optimize real-time processing needs
- Design and implement reliable backend services in Python
- 4+ years of software experience in Python
- Proficiency with live data streaming and real-time analytics (Kafka/Pulsar/InfluxDB)
- Experience in AWS cloud infrastructure and services
- Experience migrating services to Rust for improved performance and reliability
- Familiarity with Kubernetes and orchestration tools
