Senior Full Stack Engineer

In this role you will partner with Product, UX, Research, Architects, and other engineering teams to deliver intuitive, reliable, and high‑value digital capabilities. The Senior Full Stack Engineer is a pivotal member of the software development team, deeply engaged in every phase of the development lifecycle. Responsibilities include front‑end development to create responsive user interfaces, back‑end development for server‑side logic, integration with databases, and management of network infrastructure and hosting environments. The engineer optimizes system performance and usability across all platforms, makes decisions on complex project elements, and provides technical leadership.

• Design, develop, test, implement, and support full‑stack technical solutions across agile teams.
• Work with cloud‑native stack, building on Azure, AWS, or Google; utilize Kubernetes.
• Write effective REST APIs and technical documentation.
• Develop automated test cases to ensure correctness, responsiveness, and efficiency of the product.
• Influence project, initiative, and maintenance technical direction during discovery, planning, and implementation stages.
• Maintain modern development standards with best‑practice approaches and processes.
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to architectural and design discussions.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• 6+ years of experience designing, developing, testing, deploying, and maintaining software applications and/or infrastructure.
• Strong full‑stack engineering experience across modern front‑end, back‑end, and database technologies.
• 4+ years of experience with modern front‑end technologies and frameworks such as Vue.js, ReactJS, Type Script, and Node.js.
• 3+ years of technical proficiency in one or more programming languages or platforms such as Node.js, Java, .NET, or similar.
• Experience designing, developing, and maintaining software solutions across all application layers.
• Knowledge of Azure Cloud Services or equivalent cloud platforms, including cloud‑based application development, deployment, and troubleshooting.
• Experience with unit testing frameworks such as Jest, Mocha, Jasmine, React Testing Library, JUnit, NUnit, or similar.
• Experience participating in all phases of the software development lifecycle, including requirements analysis, technical design, development, testing, deployment, maintenance, and production support.
• Ability to collaborate with cross‑functional teams to define technical requirements, align on solution design, and deliver project objectives.
• Experience conducting code reviews, applying engineering best practices, and providing technical guidance to peers and junior engineers.
• Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve complex technical issues across front‑end, back‑end, database, and infrastructure components.
• Strong understanding of security, performance, scalability, reliability, and maintainability best practices.

• Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Experience with Adobe Experience Platform.
• Experience with Generative AI tools and AI platforms on GCP, Azure, or other cloud environments.
