The role focuses on development, configuration, and upgrade support for Maximo environments, working closely with business, technical, and management stakeholders. This is a delivery role, not a support-only position.

• Develop and configure Maximo Application Suite (MAS
  9) solutions.
• Perform Maximo upgrades and ensure seamless transition.
• Create and maintain BIRT reports for data analysis.
• Integrate with REST APIs and manage JSON data exchanges.
• Utilize Oracle 19c+ databases for application data storage.
• Support and troubleshoot Maximo issues in a cross-functional team environment.

• Strong experience with IBM Maximo Application Suite (MAS
  9)
• Hands‑on experience with Maximo 7.6.x environments
• Proven experience with Maximo upgrades
• Experience with BIRT reporting
• Strong understanding of REST APIs and JSON
• Experience with Oracle 19c+ databases
• Familiarity with Liberty, Eclipse, PuTTY
• Understanding of Agile/Scrum and Waterfall methodologies
• Ability to work onsite and collaborate with cross‑functional teams

Rate: $55 W2 (C2C)

Design, develop, and maintain complex applications using .NET frameworks (ASP.NET, .NET Core) and Oracle databases.

• Lead and mentor development team members, providing technical guidance and best practices.
• Develop and maintain Oracle databases, including data modeling, query optimization, and stored procedure development.
• Manage application deployments and configurations on Windows Server environments.
• Collaborate with product owner, scrum master, and other developers in Agile/Scrum workflows.
• Analyze and gather requirements, produce technical specifications, and estimate development timelines.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve complex software issues.
• Participate in code reviews, design reviews, and testing processes to ensure quality and performance.

• Experience in software development with .NET technologies (ASP.NET, .NET Core).
• Strong understanding of Oracle database development and optimization.
• Solid grasp of Agile methodologies and experience working in Scrum teams.
• Excellent problem‑solving, debugging, and performance optimization skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to organize tasks, set priorities, and provide guidance to less experienced personnel.
• Knowledge of GIS products, particularly Hexagon Intergraph (nice to have).

Rate: $45 W2

Maximum of 6 years experience working with Angular, Node.js, JavaScript, SQL Server, HTML, and CSS. Focus on single-page application portal development.

• Proficiency in Angular, Node.js, and JavaScript.
• Experience with SQL Server and front‑end technologies (HTML, CSS).
• Ability to develop single‑page applications and portal interfaces.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

• Additional experience in Angular, Node.js, JavaScript, SQL Server, HTML, and CSS up to a maximum of three additional skill areas.
