Application Developer; Source To Platform Developer in Coupa

Experience Required

• 4+ years of experience in application development and Source‑to‑Pay systems.
• Coupa Platform Administration, including:
  • Configuring and maintaining Coupa modules (SIM, Sourcing, CLMA, Supplier Portal, Risk Assess).
  • Managing user roles, permissions, approval chains, and security groups.
  • Maintaining catalogs, suppliers, master data, and business rules.
  • Monitoring Coupa release cycles, assessing impacts, and coordinating regression testing.
  • Supporting end users with troubleshooting, training, and functional guidance.
  • Maintaining integrations with Oracle Procurement, AP, GL, and other third‑party systems.
  • Supporting Oracle Cloud data imports/exports using REST/SOAP APIs.
  • Overseeing middleware integrations.
  • Monitoring integration dashboards, logs, and error queues.
  • Troubleshooting failed transactions and coordinating fixes with internal teams and vendors.
  • Ensuring secure data transfers via SFTP, PGP encryption, and API authentication.
• Deep understanding of the Source‑to‑Pay process.

• Coordinate Coupa’s triannual releases and Oracle’s quarterly updates.
• Lead testing cycles, defect resolution, and deployment activities.
• Participate in system enhancement projects and cross‑functional initiatives.

• Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)
• Oracle E‑Business Suite (EBS)

• Assists in the design, development, and testing of software applications. Resolves day‑to‑day incidents to assure service integrity.
• Consumes, transforms, and updates data between two or more systems using integration software.
• Consults with business partners to create documentation relating to program definitions, development, and requirements, including objectives, deliverables, and end user specifications.
• Writes, translates, and codes software scripts, programs, and applications according to specifications and end user requirements.
• Designs, runs, and monitors software performance tests and supports maintenance of the system to provide timely data to end users.
• Prepares and writes reports for management and team members on status of assignments.
• Trains end users to operate new or modified programs.
• Conducts research on emerging development tools, languages, and standards in support of development efforts.
• Works with external vendors to assure efficient implementation of software products or systems.
• Keeps abreast of new and changing technological advances to support ETL/development of reports for informed decision‑making.
• Adheres to IT procedures and naming conventions; provides required documentation per IT standards.

• Educational/Experience Level
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS, Information Technology, Business or a closely related field and two years of experience in software programming.
• Communication Skills
  • Ability to communicate with internal and external business partners to convey technical concepts.
• Numeric Skills
  • Ability to perform analyses involving ratios, percentages, and basic statistics.
• Computer Skills
  • Proficiency with computer software packages and MS Office tools.
• Work Conditions
  • Office environment; occasional extended hours.
