Responsibilities
- Design and develop technology solutions that power our creative marketing campaigns
- Act as a key technical contributor in the implementation, integration, and continuous optimization of our new Creative Marketing stack
- Champion the rollout of Catalyst Brand Enterprise AI Tools
- Partner closely with cross‑functional teams to build and scale our Customer 360 capabilities
- Drive engineering excellence by mentoring junior engineers and establishing coding standards
- 5–7+ years of software engineering experience, with a dedicated focus on Marketing Technology, Ad‑tech, or customer‑facing digital platforms
- Deep, practical experience with creative and marketing technologies
- Demonstrated experience integrating and extending Campaign and Workflow tools, Digital Asset Management (DAM) systems, and Studio Production Platforms
- Proven experience leveraging AI capabilities embedded within creative tools
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
