Senior Software Engineer (AVP)

The AVP, Senior Software Engineer role is responsible for leading and contributing to the various engineering projects that Revantage executes for the different portfolio companies and Blackstone. This position involves designing, developing, and maintaining modern software solutions that rely on data to drive business insights and support critical decisions in our businesses. The role requires seasoned engineers with experience in event‑driven, serverless, microservice‑based, and scalable solutions in the cloud.

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering or related experience
• Strong leadership and people management skills
• Minimum of 7 years' experience in software engineering
• Significant experience developing applications in Python or .NET
• Significant experience in building cloud‑based solutions (Azure or AWS)
• Experience building serverless (FaaS) workloads on Azure or AWS
• Solid understanding of event‑based and containerized workloads
• Understanding of application logging and monitoring services and patterns
• Experience developing, hosting and supporting REST APIs
• Knowledge of testing methodologies, frameworks, and test‑driven development

Base Compensation Range: $127,000 to $170,000 annually. Total Direct Compensation includes discretionary bonus and incentive compensation on an annual basis.
