The Senior Technical Specialist will be responsible for overseeing Salesforce administration, Apex development, and Lightning framework. This role involves managing the technical aspects of the Salesforce platform, development, and customization to meet business requirements effectively.

• Provide expertise in Salesforce administration and ensure smooth functioning of the Salesforce platform.
• Develop and implement solutions using Salesforce Apex to enhance system functionality.
• Customize Salesforce Lightning components to optimize user experience and streamline business processes.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to gather requirements and deliver high‑quality technical solutions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Salesforce configurations, workflows, and integrations.
• Stay updated with Salesforce best practices and new features to recommend enhancements to existing systems.
• Conduct training sessions for users on Salesforce functionalities and best practices.

• Proficiency in Salesforce administration, including user management, security settings, and data management.
• Strong experience in Salesforce Apex development to create custom controllers, triggers, and web services.
• Hands‑on expertise in Salesforce Lightning to design and develop responsive UI components.
• Good understanding of integration techniques in Salesforce using REST and SOAP APIs.
• Excellent problem‑solving skills and the ability to work under pressure in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.

Maximum Salary (US): $198,000
Minimum Salary (US): $114,000

A candidate’s pay within the range will depend on their skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance‑based bonuses subject to company policies. In addition, this role is eligible for the following benefits subject to company policies: medical, dental, vision, pharmacy, life, accidental death & dismemberment, and disability insurance; employee assistance program;
