Job DescriptionAbout the Role
We are looking for a highly skilled Full Stack Developer. The ideal candidate will lead full‑stack engineering efforts, drive modern architecture decisions, and mentor a team of developers to deliver scalable, secure, and high‑performance applications.
Key Responsibilities- Lead end-to-end design and development of scalable full‑stack applications.
- Drive architectural decisions, best coding practices, and technical standards.
- Collaborate with product owners, architects, and cross‑functional teams to define technical solutions.
- Design and build RESTful or GraphQL APIs.
- Develop microservices with clean architecture and secure integrations.
- Implement server‑side business logic, caching, and data storage solutions.
- Design and deploy cloud‑native applications using AWS services such as Lambda, EC2, ECS/EKS, S3, API Gateway, Cloud Front, DynamoDB/RDS, SNS/SQS.
- Implement CI/CD pipelines using AWS Code Pipeline, Code Build, Git Hub Actions, or similar.
- Ensure cloud infrastructure follows best practices in security, scalability, and cost optimization.
- Perform code reviews and enforce engineering standards.
- Troubleshoot production issues and optimize performance across the stack.
- Guide the team in Agile/Scrum delivery practices.
- 8+ years of hands‑on full‑stack development experience.
- Strong expertise in React.js, Redux, Type Script, HTML5, CSS
3. - Backend experience in Node.js, Java, or similar languages.
- Strong understanding of AWS cloud architecture and hands‑on experience with major services.
- Experience with microservices, serverless frameworks, and API‑first architecture.
- Solid understanding of Dev Ops, CI/CD pipelines, and automated testing.
- Excellent problem‑solving skills and ability to mentor team members.
- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, or containerized deployments.
- Knowledge of IaC (Cloud Formation / Terraform).
- Familiarity with modern design systems and UI/UX best practices.
- Exposure to event‑driven architecture, Kafka, or messaging systems.
The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is: $90,000 – $120,000. Capgemini provides compensation range information in accordance with applicable national, state, provincial, and local pay transparency laws. The actual compensation offered may fall outside of the posted range and will be determined based on multiple factors legally permitted in the applicable jurisdiction.
