***** What you’ll do
**** Champion Cotality’s transition to AI-first engineering practices, actively integrating Agentic AI into the SDLC to drive operational efficiencies.
* Utilize the BMAD method alongside Spec Kit to accelerate development timelines while maintaining rigorous engineering standards.
* Embrace an accelerated leadership trajectory with the opportunity to become a Dev Anchor, guiding and mentoring other engineers on the team.

* Job Qualifications:

***** Required experience
**** Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent work experience.
* 5-8+ years of experience developing applications using modern Object-oriented Programming languages.
* Strong understanding of architectural standards and software development methodologies.
* Seasoned full stack development experience.
* Advanced experience in Java, Type Script/JavaScript.
* Advanced experience using Spring Libraries.
* Advanced experience in modern Front-End frameworks (Angular preferred; strong experience in React or other frameworks with highly transferable skills is fully acceptable).
Experience in various database and big data technologies (PostgreSQL, Big Query).
* Hands-on experience developing with AI assistance tools, specifically Git Hub Copilot, Claude, or similar AI agents.
* Flexibility and adaptability to the demands and requirements of a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities;
Organizational and time-management abilities.
* Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with a keen attention to detail.

**** Proficiency in utilizing AI coding agents via CLI mode for maximum developer productivity.
* Experience with the Model Context Protocol (MCP) and building or integrating custom Agentic AI servers.
* Groovy, Gradle, Kafka, Terraform, Elastic Search, Jenkins, Docker, Anthos.
* NgRx, RxJS, Deck.gl.
* Test Driven Development (TDD) experience.
* Full stack development experience using modern Single Page Application (Single SPA) framework.
* Full stack Micro Frontend development experience.
* Hands-on experience with Cloud Platforms (GCP preferred, but AWS, Azure, or other cloud platform experience is welcome).
