Senior Service Now IRM Engineer

We are looking for a senior resource who can work closely with business stakeholders to design and develop solutions with Service Now IRM. Senior Service Now engineers who have hands-on experience implementing IRM, and if they have expertise in the out-of-the-box Risks and Controls solutions, that would be the best.

Strong IRM candidates may be considered even if they do not currently hold an active IRM certification, including those whose certification has expired and has not yet been renewed.

Position general duties and tasks:

• Design and develop solutions on the Service Now IRM/GRC platform
• Lead the implementation and configure modules such as:
• Policy & Compliance Management
• Risk Management
• Audit Management
• Vendor Risk Management
• Customize workflows, business rules, UI policies, and client scripts
• Develop and maintain scoped applications and Service Now custom apps
• Integrate Service Now with third-party tools using REST/SOAP APIs
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and refine requirements
• Ensure adherence to best practices, coding standards, and governance
• Perform unit testing, support UAT, and troubleshoot production issues
• Mentor junior developers and contribute to team knowledge sharing
• Participate in platform upgrades and ensure solution compatibility

Basic qualifications:

• Minimum 4+ years of experience in Service Now IRM development
• Good communication skills
• Active Service Now CSA and CAD
• Working three days from the client office per week
