We are seeking a hands-on Manager of Quality Engineering Automation to lead and elevate our Mobile Quality Engineering organization. This role is ideal for a technical leader who combines strong people management with deep expertise in automation testing and modern quality engineering practices.
The successful candidate will drive automation strategy, mentor QA engineers, establish quality standards, and actively participate in testing efforts while collaborating with Engineering, Product, Dev Ops, and Design teams. This is not a delegation-only leadership role
—the ideal candidate is a player-coach who enjoys working alongside the team to deliver high-quality mobile applications.
The ideal candidate will also understand the evolving impact of Artificial Intelligence (AI) on software quality, mobile testing, and automation, leveraging AI-powered testing techniques to improve efficiency, coverage, and release confidence.
Quality Engineering & Automation- Define and execute enterprise-level Quality Engineering Automation strategy for Mobile Applications
- Design, implement, and continuously improve scalable automation frameworks
- Lead the adoption of advanced automation methodologies across the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)
- Reduce escaped defects by implementing proactive quality practices and shift-left testing strategies
- Functional Testing

- Regression Testing
- Integration Testing
- Establish best practices for test architecture, reusable frameworks, and CI/CD integration
- Actively contribute hands-on to automation development, debugging, and test execution

Required Qualification- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related discipline (or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of professional experience in Software Quality Engineering or Technology
- 3+ years of Quality Automation experience
- 3+ years of Quality Assurance leadership or management experiment
- 3+ years of supervisory experience leading technical tea
- Hands-on experience developing and maintaining automation framework
- Experience conducting performance reviews, mentoring, and developing engineering tale
- Experience working within Agile/Scrum development environment
