Full Stack Architect (React and Node)

We are seeking a talented Full Stack Architect proficient in React and Nodeto join our dynamic team. As a Full Stack Architect, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining web applications using cutting-edge technologies. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions that meet business requirements and exceed user expectations.

Responsibilities:

• Architect, design, and implement scalable and efficient full-stack solutions using React and Node.js.
• Lead the technical direction and strategy for web application development projects.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
• Develop reusable components and libraries for use across multiple projects.
• Optimize application performance and ensure security best practices are followed.
• Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends to continuously improve our development processes.
• Mentor junior developers and foster a culture of learning and innovation within the team.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
• Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer or Architect, with a focus on React and Node.js.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and related web technologies.
• Experience with front-end frameworks such as React.js and back-end frameworks like Express.js.
• Solid understanding of RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.
• Familiarity with database systems such as MongoDB, MySQL, or PostgreSQL.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to communicate effectively and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) is a plus.
• Strong leadership and mentorship abilities.
